I’m yet to hear of a single successful person claim that he/she woke up at 10 am in the morning. They all seem to wake up at 4 am, meditate, sort their mails, exercise, write down 3 brilliant ideas and make pancakes for their children even before I hit my snooze button for the third time!
I get that waking up early makes you more productive.
You are able to get a lot done when your mind is fresh and before the day swallows you into all sort of urgent and important tasks! But what do you do when you are the sort who just can’t get herself to roll out of bed at an early hour, and worse still, do anything meaningful and productive even if she woke up early.
The few times I woke up early, I realized how productive and lovely an early morning would be. Then why is it that I would fall back into a habit of waking up late and pretty much having a disorganized day?
I decided to do introspection on this and here’s is what I came up with. If you, like me, would like to develop the habit of having an early and productive start to your day, watch this video. It’s what I did, and it’s working for me.
